Frames
Our enquiry form gives you a step-by-step way of ordering a new frame or frames, which can be supplied fully made up, including all cast fittings and support legs if needed. This gives the boat owner the chance to design their own frames and even make their own cover.
We are happy to supply frames only in two tube diameters — 1" (25mm) or 1¼" (32mm) — both in highly polished 316 stainless steel. We use two sizes of former, giving a 300mm radius and a larger 600mm radius which cover most needs. We put the curve on the top of the frame (crown roll) with our ring rollers to give continuity to the gentle shape.
We keep all cast 316 stainless steel fittings in stock, as they are far higher quality than the pressed type of fitting and a lot stronger.
